Our client, is a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation committed to driving regional growth through strategic investment, they are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join their Regions Team as a Regional Business Development Manager for the Mid West division.


Role Overview:

As the Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing their regional strategy by securing investments and fostering relationships with existing clients. This is a managerial position that requires a strong focus on business development, with an emphasis on consultative selling rather than traditional sales tactics.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Investment: Develop and execute strategies to attract investments in line with the regional growth plan.


Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional collaboration.


Business Development: Drive business development activities with a consultative selling approach, understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.


Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless implementation of investment plans.


Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on investment activities and achievements to the leadership team.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development with a focus on consultative selling.
  • Strong understanding of investment strategies and regional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to be based in Limerick three days a week.
