personality assessments to test cultural fit as part of job application

Personality Assessments

Personality profiling is a scientific method of determining human personality characteristics and establishes person-job fit across the talent management life cycle. Job performance is often dependent on personality traits such as a candidate’s drive and motivations, adaptability, or how they gel with your team or organisation. A personality assessment can establish a candidate’s strengths and potential weaknesses, key work styles and motivations. Collins McNicholas can develop a bespoke report for the employer based on the specific role within 24-48 hours of the candidate completing the personality assessment.
