Our client, an Irish owned Footwear Store, has an exciting opportunity for a Website Administrator join their team in Sligo. This is a permanent role based in Sligo.
This role requires a bright & enthusiastic person for this varied role within the retail industry. You will work with a small team which manages the day-to-day tasks involved in managing a busy online store.
Responsibilities
As a Website Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:
- Answering customer queries on social media/email/ by phone. Dealing with customer complaints.
- Fulfilling and dispatching orders, following up on queries/issues with dispatch with customers, couriers, and other stores in the Business.
- Creating and managing certain aspects of meta and Instagram accounts.
- Creating and managing email marketing campaigns on Klaviyo. Further developing our email marketing strategy.
- Uploading new stock onto the website and merchandising to a professional standard.
- Managing certain aspects of SEO on the website.
Skills Required
- An eye for fashion and a creative flair for managing social media accounts.
- The ability to one’s own initiative within a small online team.
- Good Administrative skills.
- Knowledge of Canva an advantage.
