About the Role
Just Cover Travel Insurance is currently hiring multiple Sales Agents to join a new and fast-growing onsite team in Carlow on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a start-up environment where high performers can make a real impact and grow with the business.

You will engage with customers who have already expressed interest, converting inbound enquiries into sales by understanding their needs and recommending the right protection solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Inbound Sales Conversations: Engage with customers who have expressed interest and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieving and Exceeding Targets: Work towards clear KPIs and sales targets with support from a high-performing team.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable protection products.
- Closing Sales: Guide customers through the sales process and confidently close deals while delivering a positive experience.
- Customer Assessments: Accurately gather and assess customer information to ensure appropriate recommendations.
- Quality and Compliance: Maintain high standards while adhering to regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and energetic sales culture by supporting team success.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in call centre sales, telesales, retail sales, or other target-driven roles is highly desirable.
- Strong results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs and targets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence customers.
- Resilient, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with the ability to balance sales performance and service quality.
- Strong attention to detail when handling customer information.
- Experience in financial services or a regulated environment is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
