Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Shannon, Co. Clare, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO and wider C-suite leadership team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a key position that combines high-level executive support with the day-to-day management of a busy office environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and be confident handling sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and C-suite, including diary management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.
Organise domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and transport.
Oversee the smooth running of the office, including facilities, supplies, and vendor coordination.
Support with logistics for executive meetings, board sessions, and company events.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role in a corporate environment.
Experience supporting senior leadership, ideally within a manufacturing or similar industry.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
