Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Shannon, Co. Clare, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO and wider C-suite leadership team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a key position that combines high-level executive support with the day-to-day management of a busy office environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, and be confident handling sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and C-suite, including diary management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.

  • Organise domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and transport.

  • Oversee the smooth running of the office, including facilities, supplies, and vendor coordination.

  • Support with logistics for executive meetings, board sessions, and company events.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role in a corporate environment.

  • Experience supporting senior leadership, ideally within a manufacturing or similar industry.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Discretion, integrity, and a proactive approach are essential
