Exciting Opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join Leading Medical Device Company in Tipperary
Responsibilities:
Initiate and complete technical activities for current and next-generation programs, contributing to the development of new or improved products and processes.
Analyze and solve a range of engineering problems, applying both basic principles and innovative approaches to address complex challenges.
Develop expertise in engineering principles, theories, and practices, becoming a recognized leader in a specialised area and applying knowledge in leadership roles.
Incorporate business policies and procedures into task completion, demonstrating an understanding of both company and customer needs.
Cultivate internal and external networks, serve as a resource for new engineers, and provide mentorship to team members.
Interact cross-functionally, serving as a consultant for engineering matters and acting as a spokesperson for business unit capabilities.
Participate in validation activities, potentially owning tasks such as protocol/report writing and managing execution of validation activities.
Education and Job Skills:
National Framework of Qualifications level 7 qualification in a relevant discipline.
4+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
