A leading global provider in medical device design and manufacturing, is looking for an NPI Engineer to join their expanding team.
Responsibilities
As an NPI Engineer, you will:
Lead and manage project teams for timely delivery, ensuring quality and cost targets are met.
Coordinate New Product Introductions including product design, specifications, process validations, and regulatory compliance.
Implement tooling, equipment, and technologies for new and existing products.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards during product development.
Develop and coordinate manufacturing processes, training needs, and efficient manufacturing layouts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Polymer, Biomedical, Mechanical Design, or related fields).
2-3 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing, quality, or process engineering, preferably in catheter manufacturing.
Strong project management skills, particularly in new product introduction within a medical device environment.
Competency in manufacturing processes used in catheter production, including extrusion and other assembly techniques.
