I am currently sourcing for candidates who are seeking some work during the Summer of 2024. The role will involve scanning, prepping documents, cutting documents & filing documents. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in an Operator role with a Multinational Organisation.
The role –
- Book the documents into the system, ensuring that each individual packet barcode is scanned. Ensure that you do not miss packets.
- Prepare the image to Scan – ensuring that paper documents stay in the order as retrieved from the box and will return to the same box the same way.
- Prepare documents, ensuring that any paperclips, staples, ties, etc. are removed and corners are unfolded.
- Safely guillotine the spine, avoiding cutting any text, whilst keeping the documents in order and not removing pages (including blank ones).
- Scan the image, ensuring that quality images are retrieved; re-scanning any poor quality images, removing jams in the scanner, resetting the machine as required, and keeping images in the correct order
Job terms -
- These positions will be based on-site in Athlone.
- The days will be Monday - Saturday.
- There are two shift patterns - AM Shift and PM Shift - If applying you will need to be flexible for either of these as we may not be able to accommodate your preference
- Rate of pay will be €12.70 per hour
- This could be a short term assignment if production is ahead of target, however it could also run on for a few weeks - duration of employment is depending on production
- For this role, unfortunately you cannot be in your Leaving Certificate year or have a brother or sister who is in their Leaving Certificate year
- No previous experience required
- Commencing around 10th June - must be available from that date until end of July
