Clean Utilities Engineer

Excellent opportunity for a Clean Utilities Engineer to join a Leading Biologics Company in Ireland. The role will report to the Utilities Manager and ideally have Clean Utilities experience including Compressed Air (CA), Clean Steam (CS), Purified Water (PW), Water for Injection (WFI), loop, and Clean-in-Place/Sterilize-in-Place (CIP/SIP).

Overview of your responsibilities (full job description available on request)

  • Handling CA, CS, PW, WFI, loop, and CIP/SIP operations.

  • Planning and distributing PM work orders and initiating operation plans.

  • Contributing to clean utility URS, installation, and construction supervision.

  • Co-leading C&Q and supporting PQ, calibration activities.

  • Initiating and revising SOPs for clean utility systems.

  • Monitoring SOP execution in EHS and GMP areas, conducting staff training.

  • Implementing validation and qualification for clean utility systems.

  • Planning material and spare part inventory for clean utility systems.

  • Managing change, deviation, and CAPA processes.

  • Preparing and supporting internal and external audits.

  • Conducting system health monitoring, assessing opportunities, and driving continuous improvements.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for the Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering course.

  • 3 years experience in clean utility.

  • 2 years Pharmaceutical manufactory experience or prior experience of working in biologics /vaccine field.
