We are looking for experienced and motivated Team Managers to lead our clients growing Sales teams in Carlow. This is a unique opportunity to join a travel insurance company at an early stage, shape a high-performing team, and make a real impact on the organisation’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Reps
- Monitor team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and support to achieve targets
- Develop and implement processes and best practices to enhance customer experience and sales outcomes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
- Drive engagement and foster a positive, collaborative team culture
- Report on team performance and contribute to strategic planning
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a team in a call centre, sales, or customer service environment
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working onsite in Carlow
- Experience in insurance, travel, or financial services is desirable but not essential
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, growing business environment
- Flexibility to work weekends
