This is an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic team and work on a variety of national projects. As a vital member of our experienced and driven team, you will report directly to the CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) and provide crucial commercial and contract support to the delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
Take charge of managing the Monthly/Weekly Cost/Value Reports.
Identify, analyze, and manage opportunities and risks.
Oversee Monthly Valuations, including additional works, remeasurement, and milestone valuation.
Skillfully negotiate project costs, from variations to final account.
Handle negotiation, award, and management of Sub-Contractors.
Manage Project Costings
Qualifications/ Experience:
Hold a primary Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Possess 3-4 years of post-qualification experience within the industry.
Familiarity with NEC and/or FIDIC is a distinct advantage.
Experience with MV & HV is advantageous.
Demonstrate excellent commercial knowledge and understanding.
Showcase strong IT skills, particularly with MS Office, Coins & Trimble or similar.
Exhibit exceptional communication skills.
