Exciting opportunity for a Project Team Lead skilled at managing and developing teams to join our client on the Intel Site. Reporting to the project manager you will play a critical role in managing a team of technicians to provide top level support for all products ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing the capabilities of your team and ensuring their success.
This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week with excellent benefits and company culture.
Key Responsibilities of Project Team Lead include:
Establish and proactively maintain relationships with key customers
Serve as the primary contact between customers and installation teams
Manage root cause analysis investigations on site
Collect and review data to enable informed decisions
Coordinate team training and development activities
Ensure adherence to procedural documentation and best practices
Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate team members
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven experience in customer relations and technical support roles
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and delegate tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with employee development and relations management
