As Client Product Training Manager your responsibility will be to develop and execute a knowledge strategy, initially in Europe and then globally. You'll ensure stakeholders have the necessary product and installation insights to support business growth. The role will expand to cover our entire product suite across regions. We're seeking someone experienced in product training, adept at simplifying complex concepts and communicating effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Client Product Training Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategy to establish a new product knowledge training team.
  • Lead the development of product training programs and materials in compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Deliver engaging and high-quality training programs for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and lead a team of subject matter experts on product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain an effective document management process for training materials.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through product knowledge initiatives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training activities.

Client Product Training Manager requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related leadership role with a focus on product training.
  • Relevant certifications in training, instructional design, or leadership are a plus.
  • Experience working in a global context with diverse cultures.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering product training initiatives.
  • Ability to travel regionally in Europe and globally as required.
