An excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our client, a leading company in the wastewater treatment industry. This role will involve travel between sites in Limerick/Clare and will be based on a permanent contract. This role will report to the Operations & Maintenance Area Manager for the Munster Region.
Role Responsibilities:
The Operations Supervisor will schedule & co-ordinate a team of operators.
Preventative and corrective maintenance management at the treatment plants and the associated pumping stations.
The Operations Supervisor will carry out all environmental compliance on assigned sites.
Budget management of operations and capital expenditure.
The Operations Supervisor will manage client relationships.
Completing HSQE audits, checking RAMS & SSW of works are carried out and all staff are H&S compliant & safety equipment is maintained.
Role Requirements:
Proven track record of supervising operational staff.
Excellent time management and flexibility.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise.
A full clean driving licence is obligatory.
A qualification in a related discipline (i.e science/engineering) would be advantageous.
