Responsibilities
Diagnosing faults both in the workshop and the field
Delegation of jobs
Dealing with customers with issues and machine setup
Getting through your daily/ weekly job schedule efficiently
Keeping your workshop area in a tidy and safe manner
Assembly & PDI of new machinery
Compliance with Health and Safety regulations
Ensure all subordinates keep their areas of workshop in safe and tidy condition
Requirements
Proficient in Agricultural Mechanics
Enthusiastic about team leadership and supervision in a fast-paced environment
Capable of working independently
Experienced in operating and repairing tractors and farm machinery
Committed to enhancing knowledge and business development
Willing to work in both workshop and field settings
Punctual and skilled in IT
Dedicated to maintaining high standards and fostering pride in work
Eager to learn new skills and progress within top farm machinery brands
