The Job:

We are currently working alongside a leading technology company who provide services to Telecommunications and Financial Services clients to hire a Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in the execution of strategic marketing plans. This pivotal role is at the heart of their marketing efforts, aligning closely with their ambitious objectives to grow within the telecom space.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans, supporting the mission to excel as a leader within our domains.

  • Oversee and strategically allocate marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve targeted demand generation and pipeline objectives.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, providing them with the necessary collateral, sales support, and enablement tools to succeed.

  • Facilitate close collaboration with the pre-sales team to develop compelling marketing collateral that enhances customer engagement and supports the sales process.

  • Partner with the innovation team for market analysis and strategy formulation, leveraging insights to drive forward-thinking marketing initiatives.

  • Execute targeted ABM campaigns aimed at identifying and engaging key contacts within strategic accounts, fostering relationships that drive business growth.

  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising to enhance online presence and engagement.

  • Coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and seminars, ensuring a strong and impactful company presence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in marketing, with a strong background in ABM, B2B marketing, and SaaS marketing.

  • Proven ability to develop and manage marketing plans and budgets, alongside experience in digital marketing strategies and event management.

  • Familiarity with modern marketing tools and platforms for analytics, automation, and digital engagement (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).

  • Exceptional project management skills, capable of leading multiple initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Analytical mindset with a talent for spotting market trends and opportunities
