The Graduate Programme
This 24-month structured programme is designed to develop future commercial leaders and includes:
12 months based at Ei Electronics HQ in Shannon, Co. Clare, gaining a strong foundation in the business
12 months overseas secondment with one of Ei Electronics’ international subsidiaries
Cross-functional exposure across key business areas
Hands-on involvement in live commercial and strategic projects
Mentorship and support from experienced leaders
Collaboration with international teams and stakeholders
Graduates are given real responsibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.
Who Should Apply?
Collins McNicholas is seeking motivated, commercially minded graduates:
Hold (or expect to hold) a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline
Graduates from the Class of 2025 and 2026 are encouraged to apply
Have strong communication and analytical skills
Are adaptable, proactive and eager to learn
Have an interest in international business and working abroad
Full Irish Driving Licence is essential
