The Graduate Programme
This 24-month structured programme is designed to develop future commercial leaders and includes:
- 12 months based at Ei Electronics HQ in Shannon, Co. Clare, gaining a strong foundation in the business
- 12 months overseas secondment with one of Ei Electronics’ international subsidiaries
- Cross-functional exposure across key business areas
- Hands-on involvement in live commercial and strategic projects
- Mentorship and support from experienced leaders
- Collaboration with international teams and stakeholders

Who Should Apply?
Collins McNicholas is seeking motivated, commercially minded graduates:
- Hold (or expect to hold) a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline
- Graduates from the Class of 2025 and 2026 are encouraged to apply
- Have strong communication and analytical skills
- Are adaptable, proactive and eager to learn
- Have an interest in international business and working abroad
- Full Irish Driving Licence is essential
