The Graduate Programme

This 24-month structured programme is designed to develop future commercial leaders and includes:

  • 12 months based at Ei Electronics HQ in Shannon, Co. Clare, gaining a strong foundation in the business
  • 12 months overseas secondment with one of Ei Electronics’ international subsidiaries
  • Cross-functional exposure across key business areas
  • Hands-on involvement in live commercial and strategic projects
  • Mentorship and support from experienced leaders
  • Collaboration with international teams and stakeholders

Graduates are given real responsibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.


Who Should Apply?

Collins McNicholas is seeking motivated, commercially minded graduates:

  • Hold (or expect to hold) a degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Graduates from the Class of 2025 and 2026 are encouraged to apply
  • Have strong communication and analytical skills
  • Are adaptable, proactive and eager to learn
  • Have an interest in international business and working abroad
  • Full Irish Driving Licence is essential
