We have partnered with one of Ireland’s leading chemical manufacturers, Biocel, as they grow their team in Little Island, Cork. This is a permanent day’s role (07.30 am-16.00) located a 10-minute walk from the train station. We have both General Operator and Forklift Driver roles available. Counterbalance license required for Forklift driver positions.
Overview of Responsibilities:
Comply with company quality policies and procedures.
Follow manufacturing work instructions.
Set controls and operate machinery.
Be aware of all Health and Safety compliance in the warehouse
Operating fork lifts
Loading and unloading goods.
Correct storage of product for ease of location when required
Housekeeping
Requirements:
Counterbalance Fork Lift License essential
Hard working
Enjoy practical and manual activities
Able to work as part of a team and independently
Able to follow written instructions
Able to cope with the physical demands of the job
Previous experience in food industry an advantage
Good hand-eye coordination
