My client, a growing international manufacturing company, based in Killygarry, Cavan is looking to hire a Machine Operator on a permanent basis. This role is Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm one week and 3pm-11pm the following week.
Job Responsibilities:
Setting and operation of CNC machines, wheel dressing machines and other related equipment
Inspection of products to ensure conformance to manufacturing, quality, ISO and customer requirements.
Conducting basic operator maintenance as appropriate
Follow all specified operating procedures, set up sheets, special instructions, and good manufacturing practices to produce high quality product
Other duties as specified by supervisor or manager
Requirements:
Previous work experience with automated production machinery
Must be educated to leaving certificate standard or equivalent
Must be fully computer literate and have good numeracy skills
Good communication skills and ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Adaptability and flexibility

Competitive hourly rates - rate increase once training is complete
OT on Saturdays - time and a half, OT on Sundays - Double Time (available regularly - optional)
