Overview of Main Responsibilities (full job description available on request):
Lead day-to-day operations of the Business Unit, collaborating closely with other managers to achieve operational goals.
Drive quality system improvements and support new product introductions.
Increase sales, improve efficiency and deliver on the profitability objectives for the region.
Develop existing and new customers / markets to create and leverage the Company’s leadership position and deliver profitable growth.
Establish and maintain effective communication with Customers, Suppliers and Internal staff to ensure the success of the region.
Maintain and improve standards in health, safety and employee welfare across the business unit and ensure full compliance on all legal and Company policies and standards.
Develop and implement action plans to deliver the agreed sales strategy for the business unit balancing the need to grow sales and margins.
