Customer Coordinator

The Job:

As a Customer Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in facilitating seamless communication and interaction between the company and its valued customers. Your primary responsibility is to engage directly with customers, oversee order processing, and ensure timely and complete delivery. This role is instrumental in aligning and managing various stakeholders across the organization to meet customer expectations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive customer support to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries promptly.

  • Manage stock levels by strategizing, monitoring, and maintaining agreed-upon inventory levels.

  • Effectively communicate product launches, discontinuations, and promotional activities to relevant departments and stakeholders.

  • Facilitate stock allocation and release processes.

  • Coordinate logistics operations, including booking transportation services..

  • Generate necessary Customs Clearance Documents as required.

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand and manage their needs and expectations on a daily basis.

  • Provide coordination and support for Lean and continuous improvement projects and initiatives.

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with account managers and team members.


  • Previous experience in a customer focused position

  • Proficiency in Excel with advanced skills.

  • Familiarity with ERP software

  • Knowledge of customer clearance procedures and international trade compliance certification is preferred.

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring satisfaction.
