Accounting Technician/Administrative Assistant

Areas of responsibility will include:

  • Maintaining Computerised Accounts on a daily basis
  • Data entry, maintaining bank reconciliations & day books
  • Preparing Client, Supplier & Payroll payments
  • Credit control and collections
  • Completing routine returns to Revenue Commissioners on a periodic basis
  • Liaising with external auditor
  • Liaising with banks, insurance providers and general procurement
  • Preparing budgets, cash forecasts etc. 

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Hold an Accounting Technician qualification
  • Have a minimum of four years in an accounts department
  • Have a strong understanding of business in general
  • Experienced and adept in using accounts systems and also MS Excel to a high standard
