  • Prepare and transfer documentation accurately and on time to relevant departments or external partners.
  • Verify all incoming goods against delivery notes, certificates, and other supporting documents.
  • Work with the Quality team to ensure materials meet acceptance criteria, including measurements and inspections, and record results in the warehouse system.
  • Move materials to designated storage areas, sorting by type, quality, and purpose.
  • Perform or oversee loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safe handling practices.
  • Assemble and release inventory batches according to invoices and ensure timely stock write‑offs.
  • Monitor warehouse access and prevent entry by unauthorized individuals.
  • Manage the collection, storage, and disposal of damaged or unusable loading equipment.
  • Participate in regular stock counts and inventory audits.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years previous warehouse experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Valid forklift license.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
  • Experience in warehouse operations or stock control (advantageous).
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems; SME UP experience is a plus.
