We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a not-for-profit organisation on a temporary basis here in Cork. The Administrator will oversee the records for volunteers and resolve any queries by email or phone. This is an approx. 8 week temporary contract for full-time hours with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve communications via emails and phone calls including enquires, applications, and issues.
- Manage day-to-day administration including records for volunteers and contacts relating to the programme.
- Editing & scanning of sensitive information for clients.
- Updating internal CRM system.
- Escalating client issues to manager.
Requirements:
- Proven track record for consistently meeting and exceeding goals and delivering a superior level of job performance.
- Experience in recruitment is desirable but not essential.
- A hands on and can-do attitude that can influence through collaboration and leadership.
- Time management and experience multi-tasking across concurrent projects.
- Excellent verbal, written presentation/IT skills and communication skills.
- Administration experience delivering excellent customer services.
- Full clean driving license.
