Our client, an established Irish Medical Business based in Little Island, is looking for an Office & Medical Administrator to join their team on an initial 12-month contract. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is critical. Previous experience in a medical or healthcare environment is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient administration and management support – scheduling patients and clinics.
- Meet and greet all office visitors, making a positive impression as the first point of contact.
- Customer-facing skills across phone and in-person are required.
- Answering phones, screening, and redirecting calls as necessary.
- Supporting managers with administrative tasks.
- General office support including filing and maintaining paperwork, correspondence, mail, and supply management.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a medical or healthcare-related background.
- Proficient in IT – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Patient Management Systems, Data Entry.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and takes ownership/initiative.
- Ability to maintain a high level of client service delivery.
- Excels in a fast-paced environment.
