Telesales Representative

We are partnering with a prominent chemical manufacturer based in Little Island, Cork and they are seeking a Telesales Representative to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This position can be worked on a remote basis with occasional visits to the Cork office. This position will ideally suit someone coming from an agricultural or farming background as you will work closely with farmers, agri-businesses, and distributors across Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote the products and services.
  • Respond to inbound sales queries via phone and email.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Actively work towards and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Keep accurate records of all calls, sales, and customer information using the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about the product range, promotions and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service, preferably B2B and in the agricultural, industrial or chemical sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM experience is an advantage.
