Telesales Executive – Fuel Card Division


Location: Cork (Hybrid)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm

Contract: Full-time


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join a growing Fuel Card division. This role involves developing new B2B relationships while maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts. The position is ideal for a motivated sales professional looking to progress their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business leads through outbound activity and relationship building.
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to maximise retention and growth.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives, including online and social media activity.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative duties related to the role.
  • Participate in training and professional development sessions as required.

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales, sales, or account management.
  • Proven success in outbound sales and lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent phone manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing or CRM tools.
  • Highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and target-driven with a positive attitude.
