Site Administrator required for a new development in Sligo. Background in construction would be an advantage.
Providing all administrative support to the site team. Reporting to Site Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with materials and plant suppliers for quotes and create purchase orders.
- Upload and download information to client and company portal
- Receive deliveries and update the system.
- Organise site supplies and services (stationary, office cleaning…)
- Scan and file site documents.
- Prepare reports, minutes as required by operational managers.
- Any other ad hoc activities that IQA may require.
Requirements:
- 3 – 4 years high volume administration experience required, construction site administration experience would be an advantage.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong system skills i.e., Word, Excel etc.
- Ability to process a high volume of documents daily.
- Car owner with full licence essential.
