Job Title: Shipping & Logistics Coordinator at Netgate

About the Role:
Netgate are seeking a highly organized and dependable Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join their operations team. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for ensuring customer orders are shipped accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. The successful candidate will bring previous experience in shipping/receiving, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process outgoing shipments in a timely manner.
- Oversee packing, verification, and safe dispatch of goods.
- Manage incoming deliveries, returns, and stock transfers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate international shipments, including preparation of export paperwork and compliance checks.
- Partner with management to enhance shipping and logistics processes.
- Uphold a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics within a manufacturing or eCommerce environment.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and documentation.
- Familiarity with customs procedures, VAT/tax, and export regulations.
- Experience working with major shipping carriers.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle high shipping volumes while meeting strict deadlines.
- Computer literacy (Excel/Google Sheets, Word, etc.).
- Ability to safely lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs (waist height).
