Senior Operations Manager

Your Role: As the Senior Manager of Operations, you'll lead and inspire one or more business units, cultivating a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Your primary focus will be on ensuring top-notch performance, cost efficiency, and employee engagement while upholding our quality standards and meeting strategic objectives. Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage day-to-day production operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.

  • Foster a culture of quality-first, customer service, and continuous improvement within the operations teams.

  • Set and monitor performance targets, taking proactive measures to address any deviations.

  • Lead and guide high-performing teams, promoting a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

  • Ensure capacity planning aligns with customer demands and organizational commitments.

  • Champion safety, quality, and employee development initiatives.

  • Represent operations in new product launches and collaborate effectively across functions.

  • Support and drive major continuous improvement programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a leadership role.

  • Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent.

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.

  • Proficiency in business strategy development and implementation.

  • Excellent PC skills and familiarity with inventory systems and measurement tools.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

  • Thrives in a team-based environment with a focus on accountability and quality compliance.
