Your Role: As the Senior Manager of Operations, you'll lead and inspire one or more business units, cultivating a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Your primary focus will be on ensuring top-notch performance, cost efficiency, and employee engagement while upholding our quality standards and meeting strategic objectives. Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage day-to-day production operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.
Foster a culture of quality-first, customer service, and continuous improvement within the operations teams.
Set and monitor performance targets, taking proactive measures to address any deviations.
Lead and guide high-performing teams, promoting a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Ensure capacity planning aligns with customer demands and organizational commitments.
Champion safety, quality, and employee development initiatives.
Represent operations in new product launches and collaborate effectively across functions.
Support and drive major continuous improvement programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a leadership role.
Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Proficiency in business strategy development and implementation.
Excellent PC skills and familiarity with inventory systems and measurement tools.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Thrives in a team-based environment with a focus on accountability and quality compliance.
