Ei Electronics supports an expanding international customer and partner network through structured marketing programmes and high-quality commercial content.


Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Executive – Collateral, Content & International Programs will play a central role in supporting Ei Electronics’ global growth objectives. Based at the company’s Global Headquarters in Shannon, this position will focus on the creation, management, and distribution of compelling marketing collateral and content for international customers, partners, and internal sales teams.


The role also has responsibility for coordinating and executing Ei Electronics’ Global Partner Program, working closely with regional partners to support local market activity while ensuring brand consistency and strategic alignment.


Key Responsibilities

Content & Collateral Development

  • Develop, maintain, and update a wide range of marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, brochures, fact sheets, white papers, blogs, and digital assets.

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and corporate communications standards.

Sales & Partner Enablement

  • Support international sales teams by providing high-quality tools and materials to communicate effectively with prospects and customers.

  • Manage and continuously improve the accessibility and organisation of marketing assets for internal and external stakeholders.

Digital & Campaign Execution

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of digital marketing assets across multiple platforms.

  • Work with partners to plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and print channels.

Global Partner Program Management

  • Coordinate the execution of the Global Partner Program, working closely with international partners to develop joint marketing plans.

  • Act as a key marketing contact for partners, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy and brand positioning.

Collaboration & Performance Analysis

  • Liaise with internal designers, sales teams, subject matter experts, and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing outputs.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing collateral and campaigns using relevant performance metrics.


Market & Competitive Insight

  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform content strategy and campaign development.

  • Use insights to refine messaging, positioning, and content relevance across international markets.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Third-level qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

  • 3–5 years’ marketing experience in a similar or related role, ideally within a B2B environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing platforms and content creation tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, WordPress, Canva, video and presentation software).

  • Experience managing external suppliers such as designers, developers, and content producers.

  • Proven project management capability with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

  • Experience managing marketing collateral, promotional materials, and artwork libraries.

  • Creativity combined with attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

  • Working knowledge of foreign languages is advantageous.
