Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage the execution, maintenance, and quality assurance of multiple websites for a global manufacturer. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality website launches, content updates, and enhancements that support both customer experience and commercial goals.
This role is a full time permanent position- it can be based from our clients sites in Dublin or Cavan. It is a hybrid role - 3 days onsite - 2 days from home.
Responsibilities:
- Execute website launches and ongoing updates in collaboration with product and marketing teams
- Manage CMS content, category structures, forms, and email templates
- Lead pre-launch testing and ongoing QA to ensure functionality, accuracy, and performance
- Identify, document, and help prioritise website bugs and enhancements
- Support website development initiatives and validate new functionality
- Provide internal support and collaborate across teams on digital initiatives
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, HubSpot, Shopify, or similar)
- Experience planning, testing, and launching website updates
- Strong QA, organisation, and time-management skills
- Knowledge of analytics, user tracking, and digital privacy best practices
- Experience with Optimizely / EPiServer, ecommerce platforms, or Jira is desirable
