The Job:
We are currently working alongside one of Ireland's leading FMCG companies that count some of the countries most recognisable brands within their portfolio to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their team.
This role calls for a true business leader: someone with marketing flair, sharp strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and exceptional relationship‑building skills. You’ll be relentless in driving turnaround and growth, setting ambitious goals, and inspiring others to deliver breakthrough results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop brand strategy grounded in insights and analytics to drive sustainable share growth
Own and deliver end‑to‑end innovation and new product development
Shape and execute the commercial plan
Grow market share and build long‑term brand equity
Balance margin, volume, and revenue to deliver sustained, profitable growth
Simplify complex category, portfolio, and brand challenges
Translate strategy into highly commercial, differentiated plans
Inspire agencies and cross‑functional teams to deliver breakthrough work
Drive pace, agility, and strong marketing decision‑making
Build and develop high‑performing teams with clear purpose and accountability
Act as a consistent, empowering performance coach
Take ownership of outcomes and create the right structures for success
Requirements:
Proven success as a Marketing leader within FMCG or consumer goods
Expertise across ATL, BTL, and TTL communications, with the ability to turn data into compelling narratives
Experience using Nielsen, IRI, Kantar or similar tools to generate insights and fuel strategic decisions
Ability to manage multiple high‑impact projects in a fast‑paced environment
Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills, with a hands‑on, ownership‑driven mindset
