Our client, a leader in the construction and manufacturing industry, is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Sales Administrator / Sales Representative will support the smooth administration of the sales process, from lead generation to quotation and reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, research, and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
- Qualify leads to assess fit, intent, and readiness, and schedule meetings and demos for Sales Representatives.
- Maintain and fully utilise the CRM to manage leads, pipeline activity, and issued quotations.
- Work towards monthly KPI targets, including qualified meetings and pipeline creation.
- Draft, issue, and track client quotations, liaising with estimating to ensure required information is available.
- Create and maintain accurate client, project, and contract documentation within internal systems.
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support for Sales & Marketing meetings, including minute-taking.
- Support sales events, exhibitions, and ad hoc projects as directed by the Sales Director.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (motivated entry-level candidates will be considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, with a strong “can-do” attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Pipedrive, Salesforce or HubSpot (desirable).
- Flexible, adaptable, and resilient.
