This organisation boasts a diverse product portfolio featuring renowned brands from leading manufacturers such as Butterfly Network, Customed, Ansell, and 3M.
We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Account Executive to join our client's thriving Commercial Solutions Team due to their continuous business growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the Commercial Solutions Team, serving as a trusted advisor to our valued customers. We are looking for a proactive and confident individual with strong sales and organisational skills.
Location: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home)
Previous experience in sales within a professional environment.
Demonstrated focus on customer satisfaction and a drive to achieve challenging targets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (SAP Business 1 skills would be advantageous but not a requirement).
Manage a specific geographic sales area, cultivating new business relationships while supporting and enhancing existing customer partnerships.
Handle sales order processing, prepare quotations, and follow up with customers to ensure order completion.
Cultivate relationships with customers, offering needs-based solutions and becoming their trusted advisor.
Oversee customer contracts in alignment with service level agreements.
Effectively address and resolve customer complaints.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the customer base and territory.
Manage personal product knowledge through participation in product training sessions.
Represent the company at trade shows if required on a rare occasion.
