An exciting opportunity for an experienced Process Engineer to join a leading Life Science company based in their new manufacturing facility in Kilkenny on a permanent contract.

The Process Engineer will provide solutions through structured Problem-solving techniques.
The Process Engineer will provide technical leadership on product and process related issues.
Develop in-depth knowledge of the process.
With appropriate training become a subject matter expert in process & product.
As part of a cross functional team liaise with equipment suppliers and perform and manage equipment installations.(SAT/FAT)
Monitor machine performance (OEE/KPI’s) in real time to maximise production output.
Contribute to analytical development through design and execution of experiments, data analysis and communication of conclusions through presentations and reports.
Coordinate and contribute to the design of Ops, protocols, specifications, and validation documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Performs process optimization trials, and development/validation design and analytical methods development
Work on commodity changes and work with Divisional and external vendors on process changes.
Role Requirements:
A Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Science or closely related discipline is desired.
2+ years of significant engineering and/or operational experience. Additional post-graduate education may contribute towards the desired years of experience.
Ability to interpret data, discuss findings and resolve complex analytical problems.
