Excellent opportunity for a Microbiology Team Supervisor to join a Leading Pharmaceutical Company in the West of Ireland. The role will report to the Microbiology Team Manager and will oversee the daily workload to ensure testing aligns with client agreements. At the same time, the Microbiology Team Leader will support the Team Manager in setting up a new Microbiology laboratory. The ideal candidate will be a Microbiologist with proven GMP experience.
Overview of your responsibilities (full job description available on request):
Managing Analysts and communicating with Client Personnel.
Ensuring service performance meets area metrics and addressing deviations promptly.
Training staff and ensuring timely completion of testing to specifications.
Maintaining laboratory facilities and equipment, including sanitation, temperature monitoring, calibration, and materials management.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for the Role:
Bachelor of Science Level 8 degree.
Minimum 3 years GMP experience, with at least 1 year at a similar level.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
First aid certification is desirable.
