Legal Secretary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join our clients Plaintiff Litigation team, in their Limerick city office.

Responsibilities: 

  • Preparing correspondence and documents from digital dictation.

  • Creating, amending and formatting legal documents and templates.

  • File management including electronic file opening, inputting management information, filing, scanning, photocopying and archiving.

  • Preparing briefs.

  • Diary management.

Experience/Skills & Abilities:

  • Previous experience in a busy legal environment.

  • Strong administration and organisational skills.

  • Attention to detail is essential.

  • Accurate Dictaphone typing skills (Min 50wpm) 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
