Learning & Development Associate – Disability Inclusion (Part-Time, Remote/Leinster-Based)
My client, a market leader in workplace disability and neurodiversity inclusion training, is seeking an engaging and passionate Learning & Development Associate to join their growing team on a part-time basis.

Established in 2019, my client has become Ireland’s leading provider of disability and neurodiversity awareness training. They deliver high-impact, modern training programmes to a wide range of public bodies, global companies, and multinationals.
Their mission is to challenge assumptions, reshape workplace culture, and create a deeper understanding of disability and neurodiversity. With a small, dedicated team and an expanding client base, they’re looking for someone who shares their passion and wants to help take this important work to the next level.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional with Learning & Development experience and a strong interest in disability inclusion to deliver impactful training to organisations across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver disability awareness and inclusion training to a wide variety of organisations using remote platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Webex.
- Facilitate in-person training sessions at client sites, primarily within the Leinster region.
- Provide support and practical guidance on improving disability inclusion within the workplace.
- Contribute to the development of alternative training formats, including On Demand Training content.
- Assist with the design, enhancement, and updating of training programmes and materials.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Learning & Development is essential.
- A background or strong interest in disability, neurodiversity, or workplace inclusion is highly desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and energise participants during sessions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Webex).
- Experience delivering training both online and onsite.
- A stable broadband connection and suitable remote working setup.
- The successful candidate must be based in the Leinster region and available to travel to client sites as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a training, facilitation, or similar L&D role.
- Demonstrates empathy, enthusiasm, and a passion for inclusive workplace practices.
- Thrives in a small, agile team and is comfortable working independently.
- Values purpose-driven work and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
- Flexible and reliable, with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Will have excellent technical skills with a good working knowledge of AI technology.
Working Hours & Flexibility:
- This is a part-time position, ideally suited to someone available to work four mornings per week (some flexibility for afternoon sessions may be considered).
- Working hours will vary week to week and can be arranged in advance to suit both parties.
- Primarily a remote role with occasional travel for in-person client delivery.
