  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, access points, and network equipment.
  • Support and maintain Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and core network services (DNS, DHCP, MFA, security groups, shared mailboxes, distribution lists).
  • Participate in IT projects and collaborate with third-party vendors and internal technical teams.
  • Manage IT hardware procurement and coordinate repairs and replacements with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate asset records and update ITSM ticketing systems (e.g., Ivanti/Jira).
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring secure provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts and equipment.
  • Travel to branch locations nationwide as required, including occasional after-hours or weekend support.

Job Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Windows Command Line, and PowerShell.
  • Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in clear, simple terms.
  • Proven ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working within a multi-tiered support structure.
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as Ivanti or Jira (desirable).
  • IT qualification (Certificate, Diploma, or Degree) and/or Microsoft certification (e.g., MCP) preferred.
  • Experience with EDI systems is an advantage.
  • Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
