Information Officer

Our client is currently looking to recruit a full-time, permanent Customer Service Advisor for their team who are based on the south side of Cork City. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to work in a positive customer service environment. Overview of Role:

  • Provide high-quality advice to customers, primarily by telephone as well as email and webchat.

  • Full-time role - 35 hours per week.

  • Flexibility to work between the hours of 9am - 8pm.

  • Fluent written and oral English.

  • Out-going people-oriented personality.

  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

  • Perform all tasks and any other tasks as required by management in a timely manner.

  • Comply with policies and procedures.

  • Be proactive and have a flexible approach to work, meeting the needs of the team and business at all times.

  • Be a team player and an excellent communicator.
