Head of Sales - Galway - Onsite
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the growth of our clients print and online offering while driving new business development initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the display sales department, leading a dynamic sales team, achieving revenue targets, and identifying opportunities for future company expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the display sales department, ensuring performance targets are met and exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow print and online advertising revenue.
- Manage, motivate, and support a team of sales professionals to deliver high-quality results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and business partners.
- Identify, develop, and project manage new business opportunities in collaboration with the CEO.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
- Deliver exceptional client service and ensure campaign success from inception to completion.
- Prepare and present regular performance and revenue reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven sales experience in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Experience in the media or digital industries is an advantage.
- People management experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Full, clean driving licence and own transport are essential.
