We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with fluency in Spanish to join a start-up organization based in County Westmeath. As a member of our dynamic team you will play a key role in implementing Customer Experience (CX) and Workforce Experience (WX) platforms for utilities across Europe and possibly Latin America.
You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering, and understanding business requirements, and leveraging your capabilities to support the design and implementation of solutions that enhance the overall customer experience for utility clients.
As a Business Analyst you will act as a liaison between the development teams and the client, this includes supporting the documentation of test plans and user acceptance testing.
Some Responsibilities will include:
Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis: the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand their unique business and process requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to help identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
Stakeholder Collaboration, Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. Conduct regular status meetings and provide written and verbal updates to senior leadership, project teams and clients.
Quality Assurance and Testing: Help manage and monitor progress to address and resolve any issues or defects identified during the various stages of testing and implementation.
Language Translation (verbal and written): When required, support the real-time translation between English and Spanish for projects located in Spain and parts of Latin America.
Participate in Spanish language workshops to assist in the explanation of functionalities and business processes to clients in Spain and Latin America specifically.
Qualifications:
Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology, or a related field.
1-2 years previous Business Analyst experience is required.
Fluent in both Spanish and English is a must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional descriptions and ultimately technical solutions.
Outline knowledge and awareness of business and technology platforms, ideally with some exposure to the utilities sector or other customer facing sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
