Testimonial"I would like to thank Collins McNicholas for your help and support during the application and interview process. The recruitment process is very well organised. For me personally, looking for job opportunities during my final months in college was extra stressful. This is where your swift and clear communication helped a lot. Thanks for all the material I received from you prior to the interviews. I felt much more confident going into my interviews which allowed me to get the necessary information across to the interviewer and strongly increased my chances of making a good first impression. I would feel this is a key help aspect in which the agency is very successful. Regarding the interview process itself, for me personally, it was one of the best interview experiences so far. It was very straight forward and on point, with a very individual approach rather than a standard set of questions as often happens. My relocation to the Netherlands went very smooth. I came over with a group of 4 other Irish lads. We were guided through the first week, helped with housing, banking and all other necessary formalities. The support was unbeatable. I was placed as a Test Engineer with ASML in Eindhoven. I am very impressed with the company – it is highly advanced and so well managed and organised. My role as Test Engineer requires a lot of the skills I developed during my college years which was something I was really looking forward to, to be able to use the skillset gained and at the same time further improve and learn. The company has a fantastic approach to their staff making them feel valuable and important which is an aspect I am highly positive about. There are also some fantastic career progression opportunities with the company.I would highly advise engineering graduates to move to and work in the Netherlands. I feel that it is a great place to start your career. The social aspect is fantastic, I’ve been making new friends almost every single day since coming here which in addition to having a great job really makes the stay here a real pleasure." - Adrian Garbacz, Graduate of Cork Institute of Technology, Test Engineer, ASML |
