Our client, a long-established supply and distribution provider of pipeline and construction products, is seeking to recruit a Service Administrator to support their busy Dublin depot operation.

Operating for over 30 years, the company supplies materials and intelligent supply solutions to contractors, designers, and utility companies across Ireland and the UK. With a strong focus on customer relationships, service quality, and operational efficiency, they are now looking to strengthen their internal support function with the addition of an organised and customer-focused Service Administrator.

This role will play a key part in supporting sales, operations, and customer aftercare, acting as a central coordination point between customers, the depot, and the wider business.

The successful Service Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders and purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders and service requests
  • Managing administrative support for the sales and depot teams
  • Handling inbound customer queries via phone and email
  • Making outbound warm calls to existing customers for follow-ups, aftercare, and service updates
  • Conducting aftercare calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Maintaining accurate customer, order, and project records on internal systems
  • Supporting invoicing, delivery documentation, and general depot administration
  • Assisting with customer account management and ongoing relationship support

The successful Service Administrator will be:

  • Experienced in an administrative, customer service, or coordination role
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Proactive, reliable, and service-oriented in their approach
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to existing customers (no cold calling)
  • Ideally experienced in construction, engineering, logistics, or a similar sector (advantageous but not essential)

What’s on offer:

  • Competitive salary depending on experience
  • Comprehensive training on systems, products, and processes
  • Opportunity to join a well-established and respected Irish business
  • Supportive team environment with long-term career stability
