Opportunity to join a reputable printing services company in their Athlone branch as a Receptionist/Administrator. This is a permanent on-site position, Monday to Friday, 9-17.30.


Responsibilities of Receptionist/Administrator include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors in the showroom, ensuring the offices are presentable and answering the telephone
  • Administration and customer service, ensuring the smooth running of the administration of the branch
  • Dealing with sales enquiries, handling orders for customers, inputting sales orders, coordinating deliveries, logging service calls, coordinating service calls in conjunction with service engineers and passing critical customer information to service engineers

The ideal experience for the Receptionist/Administrator:

  • 2 years + of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and to multi-task
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Experience working with SAP is desirable
