Job Description: Quality Control Technician
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Quality Control Technician to support high standards of manufacturing and production output. This role ensures all units meet internal quality benchmarks and customer expectations by maintaining accurate build instructions, monitoring performance, and assisting in staff training and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance within a manufacturing or eCommerce environment.
Job Responsibilities
Inspect and assess outgoing units for build accuracy and performance quality
Build and quality-check all product lines as needed
Assist in developing and maintaining quality control documents and procedures
Train staff on QC processes using standardized best practices
Support inventory procedures and facility projects as assigned
Help identify and resolve process issues in coordination with supervisors
Monitor quality metrics and contribute to operational dashboards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Support cross-functional tasks including shipping, receiving, and reporting
Provide backup coverage for team members during absences
Job Requirements
Experience in technical builds, repair, and troubleshooting of electronic equipment
Background in manufacturing or eCommerce environments
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work on your feet and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Comfortable using standard office equipment and computer workstations
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint or equivalent tools
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Experience developing documentation and process improvements (preferred)
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
