Our client, a leading mechanical fabrication and installation specialist, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver high-value data centre projects across Ireland and mainland Europe. With a strong reputation in precision engineering and complex prefabrication solutions, the company supports major international data centre developments.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, international environments.

The role will require travel to Mainland Europe every few weeks to support site meetings, client engagement, and project delivery.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead mechanical fabrication and installation projects from planning to completion
  • Coordinate design, fabrication, logistics, and site teams
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships across European projects
  • Oversee site progress during regular European travel
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality & safety standards
  • Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and project reporting
  • Ensure H&S, regulatory compliance, and commercial control (costs, procurement, variations)

Requirements:

  • Proven Project Management experience within mechanical, M&E, or construction sectors
  • Strong background in data centre, industrial, pharma, or large-scale construction projects
  • Solid understanding of mechanical installations/fabrication
  • Strong commercial, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisational and leadership ability
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software
  • Full driving licence & valid passport (European travel essential)

Desirable:

  • PMP, Prince2, or equivalent qualification
  • International project experience
  • Knowledge of BIM or digital project tools
  • Familiarity with EU construction standards
