Job Description- Manufacturing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Dublin. You will play a key role in producing high-quality pharmaceutical products in a regulated cGMP environment, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency while supporting process improvements and product introductions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute manufacturing tasks in line with SOPs and batch records.
  • Maintain a safe, compliant cGxP work environment.
  • Support equipment start-up, commissioning, validation, and qualification.
  • Assist with product introductions, demonstrations, and validations.
  • Draft and update SOPs and batch records.
  • Participate in training colleagues on processes and equipment.
  • Support Quality Operations with deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and compliance enhancements.

Job Requirements

  • Certificate-level qualification in Chemistry, Engineering, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a cGMP commercial manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
  • Familiarity with GMP utility systems (WFI, clean steam, pharmaceutical gases) desirable.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience participating in cross-functional projects.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement principles and tools.
