Management Accountant

Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking a Financial / Management Accountant to join their high-performing Group Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to gain broad commercial exposure in a dynamic, fast-paced global business, while working closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic decision-making across the organisation.


Role Overview:


Financial & Management Reporting

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
  • Deliver financial statements, variance analysis, and performance reporting
  • Maintain general ledger accuracy and integrity

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Support annual budgets and rolling forecasts
  • Track performance against budget and investigate variances
  • Assist departments with cost control and planning

Financial Control & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal controls
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Oversee fixed asset and stock reporting and reconciliation

Cost & Performance Analysis

  • Perform cost and profitability analysis
  • Monitor KPIs and support pricing and investment decisions

Business Partnering

Work closely with operational and leadership teams

  • Provide financial insight to non-finance stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
  • Reconcile intercompany balances across group entities

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA)
  • 1-3 years’ PQE in industry (manufacturing exposure ideally but not essential)
  • Strong IT and systems capability, including advanced Excel and Power BI
  • Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
